Tribe Culture Club
Achieving Zen in the office means valuing life both inside and outside its walls. For Tribe, that meant enriching bland, soul-crushing corporate culture with wellness, adventure, training, and the occasional raised beer glass(es). Offering a plethora of services ranging from weekly custom ‘refuel’ snack and beverage packages, adrenaline-pumping team exercises (because who wouldn’t want to paintball with their office’s Dwight Shrute), meeting and work retreat venues, and public speaking courses to name a few; TCC wants to see employees become a happy, healthy community—or tribe—working towards a greater goal.
Whether it be a Scottish tartan, Maasai shuka, or Native American beading, the power of pattern throughout the world’s communities is reverent, so I wanted pattern to be a strong element of the brand.
